Article 1: Legal information  

Editor. The Website (hereafter “the Website”) is edited by the company Clinique Spontini SAS, a simplified joint stock company with capital of 2,000,000 Euros, registered with the trade and companies register of Paris under the number 538 019 498, and whose registered office is situated 68bis rue de Spontini, 75016 Paris

Host. The Website is hosted by the company governed by Swiss law Infomaniak Network SA whose registered office is situated avenue de la Praille, 26 – 1227 Carouge, in Switzerland.

Article 2: Acceptance and modification of the General terms of use

The access and use of the Website imply the acceptance of these General terms of use (hereafter “GTU”).  By accessing the Website any person who consults the Website (hereafter “the User”) acknowledges having familiarised him/herself with these GTU and accepts them in their entirety and unreservedly.  Through his/her access to the Website, the User recognises that he/she has read, understood and approved the GTU unreservedly.

Otherwise, the User must renounce accessing the Website.  These GTU may be modified at any time by Nescens, this is why the User is invited to consult them regularly.


Article 3: Intellectual property

All data contained on the Website is the property of Nescens.

Any partial or total reproduction of the Website or any creation of works derived from the Website with the express authorisation of Nescens is forbidden.

All of the elements of the Website constitute a protected work and is the subject of protection by the Intellectual Property Code.

The User undertakes to use the Website in a strictly private framework and in accordance with the GTU.  A use of the contents for commercial purposes or the provision of services is prohibited, unless prior written agreement of Nescens.

Notwithstanding Article 4 below, no element of the Website can be interpreted as granting a licence or a right of use of an element presented on these.


Article 4: Use of the contents of the Website

Nescens authorises the downloading and reproduction of the contents of the Website for private, non-commercial use only.  Each reproduction of Website contents must mention the Website’s domain name.




Article 5: Limitation of liability

Nescens deploys all means at its disposal to ensure a permanent access to the Website. However, Nescens is only bound by an obligation of means.

Access to the Website may at any time be the subject of an interruption, suspension, modification without notice for maintenance or for any other reason.

Nescens would not be held liable for direct or indirect damage that may result from the use or on the contrary the inability to use the Website or its contents.

The Website is a website presenting the services proposed by NESCENS and general information on cosmetic medicine and surgery.

On no account the information available on the Website and the presentation of services proposed must be used to formulate a diagnosis, determine treatment or surgery, the taking and/or stopping of medication without consulting a GP or specialist beforehand.

The Website can on no account substitute a medical consultation and can on no account allow a medical diagnosis to be established concerning the User.  The information distributed in the framework of the Website does not replace and does not substitute the consultation of a GP, specialist, surgeon or any other health professional.

The User acknowledges that the information made available on the Website may be incomplete and non-exhaustive without this being able to incur NESCENS’s liability.

The User accepts that the information presented on the Website is used under his/her sole and entire responsibility, control and direction.


Article 6: Inaccuracies/errors

It is possible that the Website presents inaccuracies or errors. Nescens reserves the right to modify, correct or improve the said contents at any time and without notice. NESCENS cannot be held liable for these errors or inaccuracies.


Article 7: Data Protection

In accordance with the Data protection act no. 78-17 of the 6 January 1978 the Website was the subject of a statement with the CNIL under number 341057.

All data and information likely to personally identify the User that the User transmits via the “Contact” form are protected and treated under the explicit terms in the personal Data Charter. Nescens recommends that the User carefully reads the personal Data Charter before transmitting the data concerning him/her and information likely to identify him/her.

In virtue of articles 39 and 40 of the act of the 6 January 1978, the User has a right to access, rectify, remove and oppose his/her personal data.  The User may exercise this right at any time by sending an email to

The Website may contain hypertext links to other websites that are neither edited nor controlled by NESCENS.

NESCENS cannot be held responsible for the contents of these websites or the protection practices of the data applied there.

The user is invited to consult the general terms of use of these websites.

Thus the User wishing to make an appointment with a practitioner of the Nescens Paris Spontini clinic is sent to the website The use of this website is governed by its own general terms of use which the user is invited to familiarise him/herself with.

Any creation of a hypertext link with the Website is formally prohibited without prior written agreement from NESCENS.


Article 9: Cookies

The Website uses “cookies”. Cookies are files saved on the hard drive of the User’s computer, which record information relating to the browsing on the Website that NESCENS may read during future visits by the User.  The User may oppose the saving of cooking by configuring his/her browser for this purpose.


Article 10: Governing law

These GTU are subject to French law.

Only the French version of the GTU is enforceable.
